About Us
Sustainium is a B2B supplier of paper-based packaging to food and beverage manufacturers. We operate globally with a lean team, serving clients and coordinating production across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. We’re building sustainable alternatives to plastic, and we rely on people who can keep operations running smoothly and precisely. We’re now hiring a highly detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to take charge of the daily tasks that keep our supply chain and business organised.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (e.g. BLs, packing lists, commercial invoices)
- Issue sales invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain clean financial records
- Keep an organised, up-to-date log of all shipments and delivery statuses
- Track inventory levels and coordinate warehouse stocktakes and replenishments
- Communicate with clients, forwarders, and warehouse partners
- Maintain internal trackers and folders (Google Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Look for ways to reduce admin time, improve accuracy, and automate routine tasks
- Help explore and implement new tools (like ERPs or workflow automations)
You’re a Good Fit If You Have
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain admin, or back-office operations
- Excellent attention to detail – you keep files organised and spot small errors others miss
- Good understanding of global shipping documentation and basic workflows
- Experience issuing invoices and following up with customers professionally
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines calmly and reliably
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, cloud folders, and digital tools
- A proactive mindset, you ask, 'How can we make this cleaner and faster?'
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with warehouse operations or stock control
- Experience with Fortnox, Xero, or other invoicing systems
- Interest in automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, etc.)
- Bonus languages: Swedish, Spanish, Mandarin
